3. Appointment & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Balanced Aesthetics & Wellness LLC, we value your time and strive to provide exceptional, personalized care to every client. To ensure availability for all patients, we kindly ask that you review our scheduling policies below:
Appointment Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your service total at the time of your visit.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice: Your $25 deposit will be applied toward a future appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment: The $25 deposit will be forfeited.
No-Show Policy
Patients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will forfeit their $25 deposit.
Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may require a higher deposit to book future appointments.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to accommodate other scheduled clients. In some cases, this may be considered a missed appointment.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as these policies allow us to provide the highest level of care and respect every patient’s time.
4. Consent to Communications (SMS & Email)
By providing your contact information, you expressly consent to receive communications from Balanced Aesthetics & Wellness LLC, including:
- Appointment reminders and confirmations
- Treatment follow-ups
- Promotional messages (if opted in)
You understand that:
- Consent is not a condition of purchase
- Message and data rates may apply

10. Age Requirement
By using this website and/or booking services with Balanced Aesthetics & Wellness LLC, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

11. Mobile Terms Of Service
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP.” After you send “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe via SMS. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us. If you would like to opt back in, you may sign up again as you did previously.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword “HELP” for assistance, or contact us directly at balancedaestheticsandwellness@gmail.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
